Busy.....

We have been pretty busy lately, hence my SLACKING on the blog. Our most exciting news is that I'm and Auntie again....twice!

This is little Paisley Jane Rhoton (Brian and Tess's). She was born March 30th weighing 6 lbs and 8 oz, and 19.5 inches! Isn't she cute!

This little beautie is Lucie Rose Whiting (Clint and Kellie's). She was born April 19th, and she weighed 7lbs 2 oz, and was 18 3/4 inches. Kellie let me be there for her birth and it was amazing, I have never seen a baby being born(your all thinking...."what about your own?"....I am not really watching whats going on when I have babies!. Anyways I think she looks alot like Abbie, I love her.

Easter Sunday! The weather wasn't very good so we didn't get very many outside pictures but these will have to do! Easter was great, it was Mia's first Sunday in nursery, which she LOVED! She didn't even care that I left she just walked right in and sat down at the table where they had little places set for all the kids w/ fruit snacks!....anything for snacks.

We've been busy in our yard trying to get it ready to plant grass. We planted 7 trees and let me tell you they look like nothing on our lot! Oh well, when they get bigger they will look tons better! And I'm happy to report the deer have definitely sniffed all of them but haven't taken a single bite out.....we are lucky!

We found out last week from the guy that was plotting our whole 25,000 sq. ft. of sprinkler system that we are not going to be able to do it off of the water we currently have. Out where we live we don't get city water so we have a water users association, and we don't get enough gallons per minute for it to be worth doing. So our next project we're going to have to drill a well, hopefully they can find water not too deep!:)

We've been busy around the house. I put up this picture wall in my family room, I think it turned out pretty cute.

Jay put all new hardware on all of my cabinets....I love it! We're also going to be doing a tin back splash in the kitchen w/in the next couple weeks, I'm excited to get that done.

Jay also built these amazing shelves in my garage! I didn't think I would ever fill them, but by the time we got the garage cleaned up they were pretty much full!.....we need to build a shed!

He also built one for our food storage, and another one for all of his tools! He's a champ.

That is pretty much what we've been doing. I got a new calling, I'm in charge of Enrichment! That should be fun and busy. Jay's parents came down for a few days, and it was so fun seeing them. My kids love them so much. They left Fri. morning and my parents came Sat. morning because Kellie was induced. So my Mom and I watched Kellie's kids until Tues. and I drove them down to Gallup and met my Dad on Tuesday night. I have no pictures of when Jay's parents visited or when the kids were here....too busy! :)
